About the Role: Were looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. As an SMT Production Engineer , you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, taking a proactive, hands-on approach to: Setting up and operating design stencil machines, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and AOI testing machines. Troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues to ensure smooth production flow. Collaborating closely with manufacturers and final assembly teams to maintain quality and efficiency.
