As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Technology and Digital Solutions division, you will drive the design, integration, and operational excellence of enterprise-wide external collaboration platforms. This role provides a unique opportunity to influence the future of digital collaboration across the organization and lead the transformation of how we engage with external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this leadership role, you will define strategic direction, oversee implementation, and ensure the success of platforms such as Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs)—including Intralinks, SyndTrak/LendAmend, DebtDomain, Finsight, Box.com, NetRoadshow, Datasite, StructuredFN, and Open Exchange—as well as broader SaaS solutions like Microsoft 365, Slack, and Google Workspace. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, security, and business teams to ensure these platforms are secure, compliant, and optimized for productivity and seamless external collaboration.This is a high-impact position that empowers you to shape the enterprise’s digital collaboration strategy and lead the evolution of how we work with external stakeholders.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain resilient collaboration solutions that support secure external sharing and cross-organizational workflows.Manage identity and access configurations for external users, including Entra ID (Azure AD B2B), OAuth 2.0 flows, and conditional access policies.Evaluate and onboard new SaaS collaboration tools (e.g., VDRs, client portals) in line with security and compliance requirements.Conduct root cause analysis and implement fixes for recurring issues to improve platform reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly collaboration experiences.Contribute to proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives that enhance external collaboration capabilities.Understand concepts for federated authentication via platforms such as Google Identity & Microsoft Entra ID.Required Qualifications, Capabilities & SkillsFormal training or certification on SaaS collaboration platforms concepts and proficient advanced experienceStrong hands-on experience with:Microsoft 365 B2B collaboration and external sharingGoogle Identity / WorkspaceVirtual Data Rooms (e.g., Box.com, Intralinks, Datasite, Firmex, Debtdomain)PowerShell and/or Python scriptingMicrosoft Graph API and/or Google APIsEntra ID (Azure AD), app registration, and identity federationOAuth 2.0 and secure authentication practicesExperience supporting large-scale, hybrid collaboration environments with a focus on uptime, security, and user experience.Familiarity with enterprise IT operations, change control, and incident management.Experience managing a small team of technologists.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities & SkillsExperience with modern development frameworks (e.g., Node.js, React, Java, or C#).Exposure to cloud-native architectures and serverless computing.Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Splunk, Datadog).Passion for building inclusive, secure, and high-performing collaboration environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
