The Role As a Lead Software Engineer, you will: • Take ownership of the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java-based systems. • Lead technical direction across multiple projects, ensuring best-in-class coding standards, testing, and performance. • Mentor and inspire a team of engineers, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence. • Collaborate directly with clients, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in development processes, cloud adoption, and CI/CD pipelines. • Act as a trusted technical advisor, balancing architectural vision with delivery realities.
