Lead Software Engineer - Python, Java, Go, AWS, Terraform

OB are partnered with a Series A funded scale-up, who work with some of the most recognisable companies and brands globally. They are looking for a Lead Software Engineer, with strong Product Engineering skills and a product-first mindset, to lead a small team and develop their platform. A diverse background of programming languages is welcome (Python, Java, C#, Go, Rust) as long as you bring exceptional Product Engineering skills, experience working with Product teams, owning end-to-end development, and a Product-focused mindset.

Key skills and experience

• Strong experience with backend development (Python, Java, C#, Go, Rust)
• STEM background from a Russell Group or top ranked university
• Demonstrated experience leading teams/projects
• The role can be fully remote for those who are UK based with an office space you can go to in London
