Lead Software Engineer role at SquaredUp. Location: UK Remote. Contract: Full-time.

What you’ll do

• Lead a small but mighty engineering team of developers and testers
• Work closely with Product Managers to explore requirements and translate them into designs
• Plan and manage efficient and high-quality feature delivery by your team
• Develop across the full stack of React / Typescript / Node.js / AWS Lambda / DynamoDB
• Collaborate with other engineering and platform teams to ensure consistency, quality and performance goals are met
• Mentor your team while growing your own leadership skills in an environment that supports career progression
• Attend industry conferences, meet customers, and participate in technical communities

You’ll bring

• Excellent leadership qualities with experience mentoring and leading small teams
• A deep understanding of operating and supporting a SaaS product at scale
• Eager to hit the ground running and make a meaningful difference from day one
