The Role We’re seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to join a multidisciplinary software team. You’ll lead a small sub-team while contributing directly to embedded software design and development across a diverse range of projects. Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor a team of engineers, supporting their development and delivery. * Act as technical lead within cross-functional project teams. * Design and develop embedded software for radar, IoT, and communication systems. * Contribute to process improvement and technology strategy. About You You’ll be an experienced embedded software engineer who enjoys balancing technical depth with people leadership. You’re likely to have: * Experience in C/C++ for embedded systems (bare metal, RTOS, or Linux). * Broad understanding of drivers, DSP, algorithms, and communication protocols. * Previous team leadership or line management experience. * Excellent communication and delivery focus.
