Provide technical leadership and guidance across all telecom engineering deliverables including design basis, specifications, datasheets, BOMs, equipment layouts, cable schedules, and schematics. Lead or review calculations and designs for CCTV, PAGA, radio, and telephone systems. Guide the engineering of field equipment such as cameras, speakers, call stations, turnstiles, road barriers, hotlines, and analogue telephones. Oversee the design and implementation of Telecom Network Architecture and interface layouts. Review vendor documentation, quotations, and installation designs for compliance and quality. Support procurement, cost estimation, bid evaluations, and project proposals. Conduct inter-discipline checks, shop inspections, FAT/SAT, site surveys, and pre-commissioning activities.
