We're looking for a Lead Test Engineer to join a high-performing technology team supporting critical systems across a complex, multi-site operation. What you'll be doing: Leading a team of test engineers, mentoring and supporting their development. Owning the test automation framework and driving best practices across functional and non-functional testing. Managing test tooling, data, and execution across a portfolio of high-impact projects. Collaborating with architects, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded from the ground up. Representing the testing function in strategic discussions and helping shape the future of QA within the organisation. What we're looking for: Strong experience in test automation (e.g. Cypress, Selenium, Appium) and API testing (e.g. Postman, Rest Assured). Solid understanding of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and agile delivery methods. Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. AWS DevOps, Bitbucket, GitHub).
