Overview

We are looking for LEAP Engineers to drive forward the Defence sector within Electrical and Embedded Systems. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the client project that you support. The successful candidate will be able to perform a range of technical activities involved in the configuration, build, testing and release of secure laptops. Able to take delivered components (software & hardware) and wrap them into a holistic single deliverable to the end user. Able to think 'product' around re-use and sparing and design the solution to bring ease of re-use and ease of configured on-shelf spareable items to life.

Qualifications

Degree in an applicable Engineering Discipline

Competent in software language Java Wide ranging knowledge of software languages, frameworks and toolsets Knowledge/awareness of Software architectures Large scale distributed system software design Ability to develop, deploy, debug software to a target with MS Windows as the underlying operating system.
