Legal Solutions Engineer/ Legal Tech Engineer – Innovation Team – Manchester - £55,000- Permanent My client, a global Law Firm, is looking for a Legal Solutions engineer to join the team on a permanent basis in their Innovation Team is. The successful candidate will help design and deliver cutting-edge legal service solutions on a global basis.
As part of a dynamic team at the forefront of legal tech, you’ll work with market-leading platforms to create impactful solutions for their lawyers and clients. From document automation to AI integration, your work will drive digital transformation, improve efficiency, and redefine how legal services are delivered.
Duties Facilitate workshops to understand legal workflows and identify opportunities for improvement. Configure and deploy legal tech tools tailored to specific use cases. Explore and test new technologies, supporting integration and assessing value for stakeholders. Deliver training and demos to promote adoption and ensure users get the most from our tools. Help maintain documentation and develop standard operating procedures for consistent delivery. Contribute to strategic initiatives and raise awareness of new capabilities across the firm. Track usage and impact of solutions to support continuous improvement.
Experience required 2+ years developing custom solutions using platforms like HighQ, Contract Express, BRYTER Strong understanding of legal documents and workflows Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, non-technical language Innovation-driven
