You’ll be at the heart of our aviation operations, supporting the maintenance and modification of rotary aircraft. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly contribute to the safety and performance of aircraft used in critical missions across the UK.Day-to-day, you’ll be:Inspecting systems and requesting parts, materials and equipment to support planned and emergent maintenance activitiesCollaborating with Supervisors and Certifying Staff to ensure all tasks meet regulatory and procedural standardsSupporting Line Maintenance for aircraft at Staverton, liaising with our Training School and HQ OperationsMaintaining hangars and equipment to ensure a professional and compliant environmentPromoting lean and safety cultures across all areas of workThis role is full time, 40 hours per week and is based on site at Staverton (Gloucestershire Airport).Essential experienceStrong background in base maintenance and modification of rotary aircraftIn-depth technical knowledge of airframe and engine systemsSolid understanding of CAA regulations and aircraft maintenance requirementsExperience applying Safety Management Systems and Human Factors principles.QualificationsEASA/CAA Part-66 B1.3 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (AML), ideally with EC135 and/or BK117D2 type ratingsCategory C AMLCategory B2 AML is desirable but not requiredSecurity ClearanceThe successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.Many of the positions within our company are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
