We’re seeking an experienced M&E and Fabric Asset Manager to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Lifecycle Analyst, Assurance Team, and PMO to develop and deliver effective Scopes of Work for asset replacement and refurbishment projects. You’ll act as a technical lead, assessing asset condition and life expectancy, managing reactive lifecycle works, and ensuring compliance with ISO 55001 standards and best practice asset management.
