Role and responsibilities: * Perform maintenance and repairs of Lift/ Escalator systems * Diagnose technical issues and execute solutions effectively and efficiently * Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their needs and the services performed * Collaborate with our technology team to enhance our software and hardware solutions based on field insights * Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations The successful Lift Engineer candidate will have the following key skills and experience: * You have an NVQ Level 3 in Lift Maintenance, or equivalent experience * A valid UK driving licence * You have proven experience in lift maintenance and repair * You are familiar with the latest technological advancements in the industry * You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * You are a strong communicator and able to work independently as well as part of a team * You are committed to providing exceptional service and take pride in your work The successful Escalator Engineer will have the following kKey skills/Experience: * You have an EAL qualification or equivalent experience * A valid UK driving licence * You have proven experience in Escalator maintenance and repair * You are familiar with the latest technological advancements in the industry * You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * You are a strong communicator and able to work independently as well as part of a team * You are committed to providing exceptional service and take pride in your work Company benefits: * Competitive salary and bonus package If you're an experienced Lift or Escalator Engineer and you're looking for an exciting, stable opportunity with a growing team then please apply with a copy of your CV!
