This role involves servicing, repairing and maintaining our clients' elevators across the region.What We ExpectWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Lift Service & Callout Engineer to join our South West division based in Bristol, who will be responsible for servicing, repairing and maintaining our clients' elevators across their region.ResponsibilitiesServicing and maintaining customer liftsCarrying out safety checks and risk assessmentsPlanning and managing workload around assigned jobsResponding to emergency breakdowns as directed, identify and rectify faults and report any concerns to the Area Service & Repair ManagerMaintaining stock and ordering supplies through our supply chainRecommending parts and equipment that need to be quoted or ordered to keep the lifts compliantOut of hours work on a pro rata basisWho we are looking forNVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualificationsHold a full UK Driving License and able to travelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to use your initiative and work well with othersPositive attitude and receptive to changeExtremely organisedSuperior customer-care skillsThe ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal developmentAn advocate for H&S regulations in the workplaceWhat we offerCompetitive salary paid on a monthly basis34 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidaysAttractive company pension schemeHealth cash plan provided, allows you to claim towards health costs.
