Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Service and Callout Engineer based in the London area. This hybrid role may involve occasional work from home. You will be responsible for:
Responsibilities
- Performing maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of lift systems.
- Troubleshooting faults and ensuring lifts operate safely and efficiently.
- Responding promptly to callouts and emergency situations.
- Conducting electronic repairs, including soldering where required.
- Maintaining compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
- Communicating directly with clients, providing updates and professional support.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in lift maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in electronics repair and soldering.
- Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
- NVQ3 qualification in lift engineering or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on-site and occasionally remotely.
- Previous lift industry experience is advantageous.
