Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Service and Callout Engineer based in the London area. This hybrid role may involve occasional work from home. You will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a variety of lift systems.
• Troubleshooting faults and ensuring lifts operate safely and efficiently.
• Responding promptly to callouts and emergency situations.
• Conducting electronic repairs, including soldering where required.
• Maintaining compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Communicating directly with clients, providing updates and professional support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in lift maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in electronics repair and soldering.
• Strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
• NVQ3 qualification in lift engineering or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on-site and occasionally remotely.
• Previous lift industry experience is advantageous.
