You’ll be instrumental in evolving Ark’s digital solutions, driving innovation in our risk and compliance operations, and ensuring our technology ecosystem supports our rapid business growth. • Process Automation: implement workflow automations to streamline processes and improve efficiency across internal teams.
  • Collaboration with IT Leadership: partner with the leadership team to shape QuickBase’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with Ark’s broader business goals.

  • Lowcode expertise: experience with QuickBase is highly desirable, but we welcome candidates with very strong low-code backgrounds in platforms such as Power Apps, Mendix, or OutSystems, provided they can demonstrate adaptability to QuickBase.
  • A minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in a low-code application covering the development, administration, and maintenance of business-grade internal applications. Candidates should be prepared to walk us through applications they have developed, explaining their architecture, functionality, and measurable business impact (figures and stats expected).
  • Technical Skills: strong abilities in building applications, process automation, data integration and experience with API integrations.
  • Drive enhancements and innovative solutions within the QuickBase platform to optimise operations.
  • Proactively identify and implement workflow automations to improve efficiency.
  • Project Management: experience managing projects from initiation to deployment.
  • Collaboration: ability to work closely with operations, IT, and senior leadership to meet strategic objectives.
  • Documentation Skills: competence in documenting processes and developing best practices for platform management.
