About the Role

A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking M365 Copilot Engineer to drive the technical delivery and operational use of Microsoft Copilot solutions across the enterprise.

This is a high-impact role within a dedicated Innovation Team, delivering intelligent AI-powered productivity solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and other Microsoft technologies.

You will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for design, integration, deployment, governance, and ongoing support of Copilot technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of Microsoft Copilot solutions across Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint Design secure, scalable, and compliant Copilot deployments tailored to business needs Integrate Copilot with enterprise systems using Microsoft Graph API, Azure services, and RESTful APIs Develop and manage custom Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI Implement governance, data boundaries, permissions, and responsible AI practices Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to ensure readiness for deployment Monitor adoption, usage, and feedback for continuous optimisati...
