Base pay range

Location: London, Bank - hybrid 3 days in office.

Salary: Up to £160k base + bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models and agentic workflows.
• Deploy and monitor LLM-based and multi-agent architectures in cloud and on-prem environments.
• Ensure robust observability, model drift detection, and automated retraining.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to transition experimental models into production.
• Optimize scalability, performance, and cost for agent-driven AI solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in MLOps or related roles.
• Strong experience with Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with ML pipelines (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar).
• Understanding of vector databases, prompt orchestration, and RAG pipelines.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with distributed training, model serving, and low-latency inference.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, tool-augmented agents, and AI safety best practices.
