Machine Learning Software Engineer – Full Stack (LLM)

This position is for a short-term contract until 31st December 2025, with the possibility of extension.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and implement LLM agents for coding, machine learning engineering, and research tasks.
• Build and maintain tools and infrastructure for analyzing agent performance, creating data annotation pipelines, and enhancing agent capabilities.
• Contribute to the advancement of large language models through innovative research and development.
• Collaborate with a team of expert researchers and cross-functional partners to share research plans, progress, and findings.
• Gather and analyze requirements to create a robust and impactful feature roadmap.
• Publish research findings and contribute to research that influences product development.

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Recommendation Systems, Pattern Recognition, Data Mining, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Direct experience in generative AI and LLM research.
• Experience developing and scaling machine learning models, including programmatic querying of LLMs and LLM post-training.
• Proficiency in Python programming and hands-on experience with PyTorch.
• Backend software engineering experience in Python.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Master’s degree in a Machine Learning-related field.
• Experience with human data annotation for training LLMs.
