Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our company based in Frome who are actively looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Lead Engineer, you will be working Pittman rotating 12-hour shifts within our retail production facility:

Attend machine breakdowns efficiently and provide effective measures to ensure issues are resolved.

Carry out PPM, corrective and improvement actions on all packing machines.

Deliver and develop effective re-active maintenance, repairs & improvements.

Generate and complete work orders on the CMMS.

Help develop and implement effective PM schedules.

Support and achieve the engineering KPI's. What you will need to succeed

Worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - ideally FMCG automation / packaging.

Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge of engineering.

Qualifications: HND, HNC, NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

Excellent fault finding and route cause analysis skills.

Comfortable in autonomous decision making and team working. What you will receive in return:
