OverviewMaintenance Engineer, HVAC – Stoke-On-Trent, England, United KingdomA HVAC Engineer who will manage and maintain our heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services and systems undertaking both reactive and planned works. You will be part of a small team, collaborating with the project delivery management team and liaising with planners. You will be responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on a range of HVAC equipment, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in line with health and safety standards and regulations.Mechanical knowledge and experience of working with air conditioning systems and refrigeration systems, troubleshooting installations as well as fault finding and repairs is essential. The successful applicant will support the department’s on-call rota at our offices in Stoke-on-Trent and other sites within the property portfolio. This would include pre-planned works and responding to equipment issues.The starting salary for this position is competitive and we also offer a generous bonus scheme as well as many other employee benefits. Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.ResponsibilitiesCarrying out maintenance routines.Diagnosing and repairing faults on a wide variety of plant including AC split systems/multi systems, AHU, refrigeration units, motors, pumps, compressors, fans, drives, and heating systems (ground and air source).Ensuring all Health and Safety obligations are met and coordinated with the project delivery team.Maintaining sites in a clean and orderly condition at all times.Producing, managing and maintaining critical spares lists.Supporting the wider maintenance team with general mechanical and plumbing work.Qualifications and skillsProven track record in working with AC systems, AHU and refrigeration systems.F-Gas Certification City & Guilds (2079) Cat 1.CITB P&P Pipework and Brazing.Aware of risk assessment and safe use of electronic test equipment.Ability to follow work instructions, read and interpret technical diagrams, and report technical information as required.Experience of manufacturer’s certification.Good computer skills (MS Office) with knowledge of ground and air source systems.Possession of a full UK driving licence and CSCS Card is essential.RequirementsSupport the department’s on-call rota across sites within the property portfolio.Provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.Employment detailsEmployment type: Full-timeSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelJob function: Engineering / MaintenanceIndustries: Gambling Facilities and CasinosSalary: Competitive; includes bonus scheme and employee benefitsLocationStoke-On-Trent, England, United KingdomFor context, this role refers to the Maintenance Engineer – HVAC position at bet365. #J-18808-Ljbffr
