Job Title: Title -Maintenance engineer-Junior- (responsible for maintaining factory equipment) Location: Ideally based at Beaconsfield site, but Harlow & Northfleet also acceptable. Expectation to travel between neighbouring sites to work and learn from experienced team members

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance engineer - Junior level, to join our dynamic team. This role involves servicing, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of heavy plant and construction equipment directly on-site. You'll play a critical role in keeping our clients' machinery in top working order, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities Routine Servicing and Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and servicing of plant equipment such as conveyors, screws, mixers, control equipment. Breakdown Repairs: Respond promptly to on-site machinery breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs under pressure to minimize disruption to construction schedules.
