The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in keeping a fast-paced packaging environment running smoothly. You'll handle both planned and reactive maintenance, problem-solve under pressure, and ensure high standards of safety and reliability. This Maintenance Engineer role offers variety, responsibility, and excellent support.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
Respond quickly to breakdowns and troubleshoot effectively
Perform electrical and/or mechanical fault finding and repairs
Work safely and in line with H&S regulations
Support continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives as a proactive Maintenance Engineer
What We're Looking For
Mechanical or Electrical qualification / apprenticeship
Solid hands-on experience maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment
Multi-skilled background (both electrical and mechanical )
Proactive problem-solving approach in a fast-paced setting - ideal for an ambitious Maintenance Engineer
Locations You Can Commute From
Ashford, Maidstone, Folkestone, Charing, Canterbury, Sittingbourne, Dover, Rochester, Chatham, Aylesford, Snodland, Strood, Sevenoaks, and surrounding areas.
