Known for their commitment to quality and innovation, the company maintains a strong presence in the market, producing a wide range of well-loved consumer goods.\n\nDescription\n\nProvide technical expertise for Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of plant equipment whilst carrying out reactive and PPM using electrical, control system and mechanical engineering skill set\nUndertakes tasks which require data and strong diagnostics to identify and act upon underlying root cause issues\nProvide support to and involvement in site Project and Change Initiatives (CI's) as appropriate\nCoaching and supporting the Manufacturing Technician (MT) group to develop their technical skills\nResponsible for co-ordination of contractors and contracts including issuing of PTW, review of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)\nActivities will include Working at Height, Confined Spaces, Hot work, Fire investigation/Incident support (relevant training will be provided by the business).4 on 4 off - 12 Hours - Days & Nights rotating\n\nProfile\n\nYou will be either a Multi-Skilled Engineer, with a Mechanical or Electrical bias, ideally from a manufacturing environment, as well as:\n\nProven expertise in a manufacturing environment\nRecognised Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 minimum or equivalent)\nStrong electrical and mechanical engineering skills\nProficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities \n\nJob Offer\n\n£54,080/annum\nPermanent role with excellent job stability in Coventry\nTraining given to upskill (Electrical/PLC)\nOpportunity to work in a well-established FMCG organisation.\nSupportive work environment with a focus on professional growth.\nComprehensive benefits package to support your work-life balance
