The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and a basic understanding of electrical fault finding. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility, working with a variety of systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, presses, robots, and automated manufacturing lines.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPerform planned and reactive maintenance on hydraulic and pneumatic systems.\n\nMaintain and troubleshoot presses, robots, and automated manufacturing lines.\n\nCarry out basic electrical fault finding when needed.\n\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations.\n\nWork as part of a small, dynamic team to ensure maximum machine uptime and efficiency.\n\nSkills & Experience:\n\nMechanical bias with experience in industrial maintenance.\n\nAbility to carry out basic electrical fault finding (training can be provided).\n\nExperience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, presses, robots, or automated systems is advantageous.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.\n\nFlexibility in working hours and a proactive approach to maintenance.\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\nFlexible working hours with the ability to adjust start and finish times.\n\nGenerous holiday allowance with the option to purchase additional days.\n\nA supportive and collaborative team environment.\n\nA range of employee rewards and pension contributions.\n\nRandstad CPE values and promotes equality.
