Maintenance Engineer – Multiskilled Deeside, UK | Food & Drink FMCG Salary: Up to £50,500 + Overtime (x1.5) 4 On 4 Off (2x Days | 2x Nights)

We’re on the lookout for an experienced, enthusiastic, and hands-on Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to support our busy engineering department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a wide range of industrial machinery while playing a key role in projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives across our factory.

What You’ll Be Doing: Carrying out planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical machinery. Diagnosing and repairing faults quickly to minimise downtime. Setting up and adjusting machines, resolving production issues, and suggesting modifications. Supporting production teams and collaborating across all functions. Supervising contractors and advising colleagues on technical matters. Ensuring all work complies with company safety procedures and health & safety legislation. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience within a Food & Drink FMCG environment. A time-served electrical/mechanical apprenticeship (Level 3). Strong knowledge of PLC fault-finding and computer-controlled systems. Skilled in electrical, electronic, and mechanical fault-finding.
