Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician / Multi Skilled Engineer £55k + Full Benefits, Lincoln

What you'll be doing:

* Working as a Maintenance Engineer / Shift Technician / Multi Skilled Engineer across a 4 on 4 off Shifts – Days and Nights (12 hour) 06.30 – 18:30 and 18.30 – 06.30 (blocks of 4)

* Providing expert-level Electrical, Mechanical and Control Systems support across all production lines

* Conducting preventative maintenance, fault-finding and breakdown response to minimise downtime

* Supporting RCA processes and reliability improvement actions

* Coaching Manufacturing Technicians to build operational fault-finding skills

* Supporting site CI and capital projects from an engineering perspective

* Managing contractor activity and issuing Permits to Work

* Working closely with PLCs (Siemens/Allen Bradley), SCADA, and industrial control systems

Salary & Benefits:

£50-55k salary, pension, PPE and great benefits including enhanced pension
