We are currently seeking a professional Building Maintenance Engineerbased at a corporate office building. Working alongside our clients facilities management team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall management of the building’s infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality and safety. This position requires a hands-on approach and a proactive attitude toward building maintenance and engineering services. As the Building Maintenance Engineer, you will:

* Undertake the Planned and Reactive Maintenance of the Building Engineering Services, including heating, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Ensuring compliance with the client specification, Schedules and Procedures.

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building equipment and systems quickly and efficiently.

* Manage repairs and coordinate with outside contractors as needed.

* Regularly inspect facilities and systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and Company policies.

* Ensure all maintenance records are accurate and up to date, supply parts inventory, safety inspections and repair logs via Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations

* Work closely with other maintenance and facilities staff to ensure seamless service operation.

Skills & Experience:
