What We're Seeking:
We are looking for an engineer who is not only a technical expert with a proven track record but also a natural leader, an innovative problem-solver, and genuinely passionate about optimizing complex engineering systems.
Extensive proven experience as a Senior or Lead Maintenance Engineer, ideally within a high-volume manufacturing, advanced production, or process-driven industrial environment.
Superior multi-skilled capabilities with advanced electrical, mechanical, and control systems fault diagnosis and rectification.
Deep proficiency with PLC programming/fault finding (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi), SCADA, industrial networking, servo drives, and robotic systems.
A strong strategic mindset for implementing and optimizing preventative, predictive, and reliability-centred maintenance programs.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members.
Relevant advanced engineering qualifications (e.g., Degree in Engineering, HND, Chartered Engineer status, or extensive equivalent experience).
