Contract Multi-Skilled Engineer (Inside IR35)

Location: Cheshire (2 sites) Inside IR35 Pay: TBD Start: Immediate Shift: 4 on 4 off

Overview A leading food manufacturing company is seeking a highly competent and motivated Multi-Skilled Engineer for a contract position operating inside IR35. The successful candidate will be responsible for both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs within a fast-paced, high-volume production facility. The role operates on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern, rotating between day and night shifts. (4 on 4 off days only available at different site).

Key Responsibilities Conduct planned and preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of production equipment to minimise downtime and improve machine efficiency. Provide a rapid and effective response to all mechanical and electrical breakdowns to ensure production targets are met. Diagnose and resolve complex faults on a variety of production and process machinery, such as conveyors, ovens, and mixers, including associated control systems.
