We’re looking for a Night Shift Maintenance Engineer (Panama shift pattern) to join our team. You’ll be the person who keeps the wheels turning when the rest of the world is asleep – diagnosing, fixing, improving, and making sure production keeps moving.

What you’ll need:

Ideally FMCG or food manufacturing experience (you’ll hit the ground running that way).

Confidence working across both electrical and mechanical maintenance.

The mindset to solve problems, not just patch them up.
