Maintenance Engineer

Location: Hull (East Yorkshire) Salary: £38,958/annum Type of role: Full-time, Permanent

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 (40hrs/week)

The Opportunity I’m currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturer operating within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on engineering position where no two days are the same, with a mix of preventative maintenance, reactive fault-finding, and continuous improvement projects.

Role Purpose You’ll play a key part in supporting production workflow and ensuring the smooth running of machinery across the site. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, as well as carrying out general facility maintenance when required—all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
