Maintenance Technician/Engineer in Colchester Start : ASAP Hours : Mon to Friday - 8 to 5 and on a call out rota. Pay : £250 Engineer /£220 Technician Location : Colchester Long term position Daily BMS check for faults Plantroom check and complete sheet Check brine tank level Check Buffer vessel Temps Check pressurisation units Check pump sets and pressure Check control panels for warning lights Check for general leaks in plantrooms Cold water tank temps Weekly Sprinkler check and complete sheet Buffer vessel flushing Flush Chlorination point in Cold water tank rooms Water temperatures Water Flushing of seldom used outlets Monthly Shower head replacement – see schedule with security team Air dirt separators Water meter read in manhole – Lift but do not enter (2 man job) 3 monthly Booster pump maintenance Circulating pump maintenance TMV maintenance 6monthly Expansion Vessel maintenance Pressurisation unit maintenance Heat meter service Grills and...
