Key Responsibilities Carry out safe and efficient engineering operations in line with company Health & Safety policies. Perform repairs, maintenance and machine modifications to the highest quality standards. Work collaboratively with production teams, providing clear shift handovers and ongoing communication. Support and mentor operators in problem-solving and process improvement. Participate in continuous improvement and technical trial projects.
