This permanent, Monday to Friday role offers a £42,000 salary and the opportunity to work across a variety of systems in a dynamic environment.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\n * \n\n Operate and maintain heating and ventilation systems, including pumps, motors, and actuators\n\n * \n\n Perform daily checks on boiler rooms and plant equipment\n\n * \n\n Maintain and service commercial kitchen equipment and related plant\n\n * \n\n Carry out installation, fault-finding, and maintenance of LV electrical systems\n\n * \n\n Diagnose and repair faults, replacing equipment as needed\n\n * \n\n Manage stock and order materials from local suppliers and manufacturers\n\n * \n\n Oversee contractor activities and ensure quality of work\n\n * \n\n Provide technical support and assist other team members when required\n\n * \n\n Maintain a safe and compliant working environment\n\n * \n\n Uphold confidentiality and follow all health and safety policies\n\n * \n\n Provide cover for colleagues when needed\n\n * \n\n Take on additional tasks as requested by management
