Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for your next step in London? We are seeking a reliable and motivated engineer to join a well-established facilities team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites.

What youll be doing:
Carrying out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on building systems (electrical & mechanical)
Fault finding and breakdown repairs to keep sites running smoothly
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company standards
Working both independently and as part of a team to deliver top-quality service
What were looking for:
Experience as a Maintenance Engineer (electrical, mechanical, or multi-skilled)
Recognised qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) desirable
Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to maintenance
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
