Are you an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge?\n\nOur client is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join their team. You'll play a crucial role in providing mechanical maintenance and facilities services to their site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a company that values safety, security, and convenience and to be part of a team that supports each other to achieve company objectives.\n\nLocation: Cheltenham\n\nSalary: £37000 - £38000\n\nHours: Monday to Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-1 (could be flexible on start/ finish times for school drop offs)\n\nAs a Maintenance Engineer, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our machinery and facilities are in top condition.
Your key duties will include:\n\nFault Finding & Repair: Analysing and repairing faults on plant and machinery, with a sharp focus on identifying the root cause to implement effective, lasting solutions\nPreventative Maintenance: Conducting preventative maintenance inspections and taking proactive measures to keep our plant and machinery running smoothly\nMachine Management: Carrying out scheduled machine servicing as well as installing, removing, and relocating equipment as needed.\nSite Support: Maintaining both factory and office working areas and providing support for key engineering projects.\nSafety First: Taking responsibility for your own health and safety and that of your colleagues, in line with our established EHS procedures.We're looking for a proactive and skilled engineer who has some experience within manufacturing maintenance. \n\nIf you are interested please apply; we are currently interviewing with our client for this role. \n\nRandstad Business Support is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
