Key Responsibilities * Maintain and repair factory equipment (60% mechanical, 40% electrical). * Diagnose and resolve faults to minimize downtime. * Perform preventative maintenance to optimize efficiency. * Support food safety and product quality standards. * Work closely with the Senior Engineer to improve processes. Skills & Experience * Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. * Experience with food production machinery, including conveyors, mixers, fillers, and checkweighers. * Basic welding and fabrication skills are a plus. * Minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably in food manufacturing or pharmaceuticals.
