Job Overview

We are looking to appoint a Maintenance Engineer (Multiskilled Maintenance Operative) to join us as soon as possible. They will be reporting to the Operations Manager. This is a full-time permanent position. The working hours will be 13:00–21:00 (with a 1-hour lunch break). We are seeking a highly motivated and multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our Maintenance Team at a leading boarding school with multiple sites across Oxford. This is a varied and hands-on role requiring a broad range of maintenance skills. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring the school’s buildings and facilities are safe, clean, operational, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors.
