Maintenance Engineer Hours: 3 shift | Days, Noons & Nights | Rotating Weekly (40-hour week) Salary: £46,550pa inclusive of shift premium Location: Ripley Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a forward-thinking business that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement? Were looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our clients established engineering team in Ripley. Working within a small, supportive shift team, youll be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of machinery and equipment across a busy site. Youll take ownership of both reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks, while helping to drive proactive engineering and continuous improvement. Performing welding, fabrication, and machining when required. Supporting improvements in facility safety, security, and efficiency. Accurately updating the CMMS system Working collaboratively with engineers, operators, and management to ensure smooth production. Requirements Apprenticeship-trained Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong skills in welding, fabrication, machining, pipefitting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical fitting. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
