Maintenance Engineer Salary: £45,000 + benefits | Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm | 45 hours/week Are you a hands-on Maintenance Engineer with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement? The Role: As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working in a multi-skilled role with a 70/30 mechanical to electrical bias (or vice versa, depending on your strength). You'll be responsible for both reactive and preventative maintenance on a range of machinery including pumps, hydrocoolers, and cooking vessels. Typical Duties Include: Responding to equipment breakdowns and conducting fault diagnosis
Completing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
Mechanical repairs including work on hydraulics, pneumatics, belts, bearings, gearboxes, and chains
Electrical tasks including working with 3-phase systems, motor testing, sensors, relays, and invertors
