Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established engineering team within a leading precision manufacturing company based in Dundalk. This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical and electrical background who thrives in a fast-paced production environment . Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimise downtime. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment efficiency. Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Collaborate with production teams and mentor apprentices. Criteria Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing setting. Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline. Experience with CNC machinery and robotics is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or OEE methodologies is desirable.
