About the role Our Magna Park National Distribution Centre operates 24-7 with engineering presence on-site to provide structured planned preventative/remedial disciplines and reactive response to a complex building services infrastructure. Salary - £30,600 - £40,900

Contract type - This position is a permanent contract.

Working pattern - This role is for 42 hours per week with a shift pattern of 14 x 12.5 hour shifts in every 28 day cycle. You will work a combination of day and night shifts; day shifts - 05:45 - 18:15, night shifts - 17:45 - 06:15.

Location - This role is based at our Magna Park National Distribution Centre.

Please note, internally this role is known as Campus Fabric Engineer.

Key responsibilities Internal delivery of planned maintenance, reactive and remedial regimes, including exposure to project activity, reducing / eliminating external contractor dependence in a 24-hour environment where SLA is often business-critical.

Ability and desire to learn new skills relating to campus asset maintenance and repairs, including inspection regimes, record-keeping, plumbing, sanitary systems, painting, external site maintenance, yard disciplines etc.
