About the Role as a Maintenance Engineer: Our client is experiencing exciting growth and expansion and they’re looking for a mechanically biased Maintenance Engineer (70% mechanical, 30% electrical) to join their night shift team. This permanent role operates on a 4 on, 4 off static rota from 7pm to 7am. The successful candidate will have strong mechanical skills complemented by electrical knowledge, playing a vital role in maintaining efficient and reliable production.

Key Responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance, focusing mainly on mechanical systems with electrical duties as required

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime

Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintenance best practices

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Work closely with the team to meet production and maintenance goals

What We’re Looking For as a Maintenance Engineer:

Experience in mechanical maintenance with solid electrical knowledge (approx. 70/30 split)

Ability and willingness to work nights on a 4 on 4 off static rota
