Plenty of overtime available.The Role: Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the plant and site equipment operate at peak efficiency. From carrying out planned maintenance to responding swiftly to breakdowns, your expertise will help minimise downtime and keep production on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned maintenance and repairs to plant and equipment, safeguarding asset capacity and value. Respond quickly and effectively to unplanned repairs and breakdowns, ensuring temporary fixes are followed by permanent solutions. Develop and implement safe working methods for all repair and maintenance procedures. Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free work environment. Carry out daily plant inspections, complete documentation, and report any issues promptly. Provide training and support to operatives on maintenance tasks.
