Maintenance Engineer , youll be at the frontline of production
ensuring efficiency, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement across high-tech manufacturing and packaging equipment. Youll get hands-on with cutting-edge machinery including capsule, tablet, gummy, and softgel production lines, as well as advanced packaging and blending systems. Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Repairs: Deliver proactive planned maintenance across a wide range of production and packaging machinery
Fault Diagnosis: Rapidly identify and resolve electrical and mechanical faults to keep lines running smoothly
Process Optimisation: Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) while contributing to leaner, smarter processes
Quality & Safety: Uphold the highest standards in cost control, product quality, and health & safety compliance
What Were Looking For Level 3 Engineering Qualification (or equivalent)
ideally cross-trade
Experience within a manufacturing environment (food, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical an advantage)
Skilled with filling, capping, blister packaging, and labelling machinery
Confident in reading and interpreting mechanical/electrical drawings
ERP and Microsoft applications experience
Familiarity with capsule/tablet manufacturing, gummy/softgel production, blending, packaging lines, or metal detection systems would be a plus
