Maintenance Engineer Deeside, UK | Food & Drink FMCG Up to £50,500 + Overtime (x1.5) 4 on 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights)

About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our busy team. Ideally Electrically biased, You’ll work with a wide range of machinery, support upgrades, and drive continuous improvement across the factory.

What You’ll Do

Planned, preventative & reactive maintenance Diagnose & repair faults quickly to reduce downtime Set up & adjust machinery, resolve production issues Support production teams & work cross-functionally Supervise contractors & provide technical advice Ensure all work meets safety & compliance standardsWhat We’re Looking For Experience in Food & Drink FMCG environment Time-served electrical/mechanical apprenticeship (Level 3) Strong PLC fault-finding skills Confident with electrical, electronic & mechanical faults Proactive, adaptable & a great communicatorWhat’s in it for You Salary up to £50,500 Overtime at x1.5 4 on 4 off (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am) Factory upgrades & improvement projects Supportive team with development opportunities Competitive benefits packageReady to Apply?
