Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Kent Job Type: Full-time, Day Shifts Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (based on experience) Working Hours: Rotating Day Shifts (6am - 2pm) and (2pm - 10pm) We are currently seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who is skilled in both electrical and mechanical maintenance. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes through effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery. Day-to-day of the role: Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in machinery and equipment. Respond quickly to any breakdowns to minimize downtime. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with the production team to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize impact on production. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
