Rapidly expanding UK operations with a focus on innovation, safety, and continuous improvement Part of an international group, offering long-term stability and career progression Strong safety culture with ongoing investment in training and development Excellent working environment and a collaborative team culture The Role of the Maintenance Engineer: The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for preventative maintenance and attending breakdowns across site equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation. Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer: Minimise unplanned downtime through effective fault-finding and timely repairs Identify root causes and implement long-term fixes to support continuous improvement Ensure safety, hygiene and quality standards are consistently upheld Work closely with operations teams and escalate unresolved issues where needed About the Maintenance Engineer: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (e.g. C&G, ONC).
