Yolk Recruitment is supporting a local established and respected manufacturing business in the Bridgend area in their search for a Maintenance Engineer to join the team on a permanent days-based shift.

As Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults

Supporting improvement projects to enhance machine performance and reliability

Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to reduce downtimeThe experience you'll bring to the team:

Experience in a similar maintenance role within a manufacturing environment

Competence in mechanical and electrical fault finding and repair

A proactive approach to maintenance and problem solving

Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC or equivalent)And this is what you'll get in return:

£40,000 annual salary

Monday to Friday day shifts (no nights or weekends)

25 days holiday + bank holidays
